  • U12 FEES 2026/27

    1,000$
    All fees are an estimate and will be confirmed closer to start of season with each team, depending on confirmed tournament schedule, and final number of athletes per team

    • Gym rentals for training and practices

    • Mental Training
    • 3 warm up shirts and 1 Sweater

    • Nationals Tournament fee

  • U15-17 FEES 2026/27

    1,300$
    All fees are an estimate and will be confirmed closer to start of season with each team, depending on confirmed tournament schedule, and final number of athletes per team. fee range 1300-1500
    Valid for 12 months
    • Gym rentals for training and practices
    • Volleyball Alberta Premier for athletes age group
    • Mental training
    • 3 Warm up t-shirt and 1 Sweater
    • Coaches membership fees
    • Coaches accommodations and honorariums
    • Nationals tournament fees
    • Ball Time

  • U18 FEES 2026/27

    1,600$
    All fees are an estimate and will be confirmed closer to start of season with each team, depending on confirmed tournament schedule, and final number of athletes per team. Fee range - 1600-1800
    Valid for 6 months
    • Gym rentals for training and practices
    • Volleyball Alberta Premier for athletes age group
    • Mental Training
    • 3 warm up shirts and 1 sweater
    • Coaches membership fees
    • Coaches accommodations and honorariums
    • Nationals
    • Personalized workout programs
    • Training binder
    • Ball Time

refunds

EAVC Volleyball Club puts a significant amount of time and energy into determining Club fees. Final fees are based on all of the hard and soft costs of running the club. Itemized budgets are not provided to teams. All fundraising money earned by the team is to be used by and at the team’s discretion.

 

As most costs are fixed regardless of the amount and level of participation, refunds cannot be provided for athletes who choose not to or cannot continue participating regardless of the reason or timing. This includes an athlete no longer being able to participate due to an injury.
